| The automaker once known as Gumpert has re-emerged from bankruptcy as Apollo and has unveiled its first new supercar model, the Arrow.
Founder Roland Gumpert is still running the company, and his latest creation is closely based on his old Gumpert Apollo, though now the car uses an Audi-sourced, twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8. Though the specs are still being finalized, larger turbochargers and less back-pressure from the exhaust are projected to help it make 1,000 horsepower and 740 pound-feet or so of torque. | |
