(TSX: CG) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly dividend of C$0.04 per common share or C$9,575,692 (approximately US$7.0 million at the current exchange rate). The dividend of C$0.04 per common share is payable on March 24, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2016. The ex-dividend date will be March 8, 2016.
